We start with a no-pressure call. You tell me about your collection — what you have, where it lives, what you're hoping to accomplish. No commitment, just clarity.
If we're a good fit, I'll come to you. Seeing a collection in person is the only way to truly understand its scope, condition, and needs.
I'll analyze what I've seen and build a phased project plan — with transparent estimates for time, materials, and cost. No surprises.
Once you approve the plan, I get to work. I stay in close contact throughout, checking in at each phase. Your priorities drive every decision.

About
I didn't come to photo organizing from a closet-organizing background or a lifestyle blog. I came from photography itself — and from years of managing complex systems and real-world projects.
That combination — an eye for images, a mind for systems, and the experience to keep a project on track — is what Steve Gregory Photo Curator is built on.
I started this business because I kept seeing the same problem: people with rich visual histories and no way to access them. I wanted to fix that.
I work with full attention, one client at a time. You define what success looks like. I make sure we get there.
